This company stuck by me through one of the most challenging times I’ve ever experienced. The challenging times experienced worldwide these past years have certainly brought to light who you really can trust when life as you’ve known it completely changes. Which has made reviews and customer feedback like these vital for consumers. Bear Creek Self Storage is a local company that truly cares for their customers. Going into my fifth year as a customer solidifies that one of the best decisions we’ve made is choosing to store our property with Bear Creek Self Storage. They are by far the very best self storage business in Central Oregon. A fact that has been evident from the day I met Mindy to open our 2nd storage unit and has continued to be very evident ever since with Stephanie’s phenomenal management skills. These two ladies are rare gems that embody best business practices and the value of customer retention. I give my highest recommendation to Bear Creek Self Storage for exceeding my expectations and for services that have created a lifelong loyal customer of me.
