This was my first experience renting a storage unit here at the 1725 Inkster location here in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The assistant manager Nancy helped me and I found her to be very professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the building and showed me how to access building, elevators and how to access my new unit. Just top notch service!
Was also just in yesterday for a second visit at the office to take advantage of the referral incentive they offered me to rent an additional unit and the store manager Darlene was very polite, friendly, helpful and got the job done fast. She made the process stress-free, hassle-free with no issues and definitely made it worth my time. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and I was very happy with everything. So far on my last 2 visits, I’ve had a great customer service experience here! Thank you!

Had a great experience with access storage right from the start. Every staff I spoke to really are there to help you with your needs. I've contacted a couple other storage companies but only received the best service from access. My friend and I went onsite twice to look at a couple storage units for short term and didn't feel rushed. I got all my questions answered and they explained everything well. They let us know the promotions and WANTED to work with us to get exactly what we need. Their customer service along with price is why we went ahead with them. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future!

I have had a terrific experience with Access storage in Winnipeg on Paramount Rd. The staff, especially Darlene, are extremely helpful. After several years , I have closed my account there but would definitely return should the need arise.

Rental was very quick and easy. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.
