I had a great experience at this storage facility. The place is very clean, secure, and easy to access. I really appreciate the high level of security—it made me feel safe storing my belongings here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and everything is well organized. Special thanks to the manager for the excellent service and support, and also big thanks to the reception staff for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Staff was. Very graceful when it came to making payments and letting me pay in advances whenever I wasn’t in the city. Units are big and spacious and very accessible once you’re inside. They got ladders and flatbeds to help transport your goods to your unit/outside for loading and unloading. 10/10 access storage on 345 Higgins. Big shout out to Henry always helped me out!!

I cannot thank the team at Access Storage on Higgins Ave enough for their incredible support today. Honestly, I walked in feeling completely overwhelmed and stressed out by the whole moving process, but the staff here immediately changed the vibe.
Not only were they professional and efficient, but they actually made me laugh and helped me relax during a tough day. It’s rare to find a team that provides such excellent technical service while also being so genuinely kind and personable. They took the time to walk me through the options and found the perfect unit for me, all while making me feel like more than just another customer.
The facility itself is spotless and feels very secure, but it’s the amazing staff that truly sets this place apart. If you’re feeling the 'moving stress,' come here—they’ll get you sorted and probably leave you with a smile on your face. Thank you again for turning my day around!
