He even was willing to mention to me about the possible savings I could receive. This was very refreshing from a company. To me, it showed that Access and Henry out the customers first. Great overall experience.
They were closed when I first arrived and I had a mini panick because the movers were coming, but everything worked out fine. Henry was super helpful. He arrived and brought me inside to take care of the set up process and then showed me around the building and made the whole process very easy.

I stored my belongings here for a few months. I had no issues getting in and out of the property. My things were well stored throughout my rental period.
Shoutout to Henry for being polite and accommodating my questions and requests. I had to leave my storage key with the store to ensure the light in my unit was fixed. Henry made sure to keep me updated with everything and returned my keys as soon as possible. Glad he was available when I had to check out.
