Staff was. Very graceful when it came to making payments and letting me pay in advances whenever I wasn’t in the city. Units are big and spacious and very accessible once you’re inside. They got ladders and flatbeds to help transport your goods to your unit/outside for loading and unloading. 10/10 access storage on 345 Higgins. Big shout out to Henry always helped me out!!
