An excellent experience! I had to store my possessions for about a year before relocating, and this facility was perfect for my needs. Service was prompt, polite, and helpful; the unit was accessible whenever I needed it with clear instructions regarding use of freight elevators etc.; the whole facility was kept clean. It is a bit pricey (although very competitive to other similar facilities), but I would highly recommend it.

Walked in just inquiring and Henry the store manager was awesome, very well put together and provided the best customer experience, the site was clean and new. Henry gave me all the information I needed. Would definitely rate more than 5 stars if I could.
