They were very accommodating! I had to change my move out date a couple times and they were very patient . Would highly recommend and if I ever need storage again I’ll be using them! Estelle, Maggie and Drew were super helpful! Keep up the great work guys!

I recently rented a storage unit for 5 weeks between moving between one home to another. I had a good experience overall. There was only one day I went into the office and there was a very long line up. It would have been good if there would have been more office staff available to deal with the customers. Other than that all good. No problems with the storage unit itself. I would recommend using Access Storage to anyone. Bonus which worked out fantastic for me was the offer to new customers like myself to have the first 4 weeks free.

Wonderful experience! Maggie was absolutely amazing, very kind and very helpful! Outstanding Customer Care & Service. Always prompt to assist. Drew was also very kind! The staff all around are just simply wonderful at everything they do. The facility is very clean! I highly recommend this facility over others. Wonderful Helpful Staff, The Team made sure that my safety and security was in place. No mice! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in storage.
