Maggie was great to deal with. She was very easygoing and friendly. The entire experience was quick and hassle free. She was able to readily answer my questions, and overall provided excellent service. Happy to deal with her again.

Signed our paperwork for our unit today, and the entire process was seamless. Our unit is very clean and well maintained. Everyone we've dealt with from the initial phone call, to the young man at the office today, were great.

Had a really good experience with Maggie at Archibald Access Storage. She was super helpful, approachable, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers out. Would definitely go back because of her!

I feel bad I'm a bit late to post this but I started using the Access facility on Archibald about a week ago and I gotta say I am beyond impressed with not just the facility itself but with the amazing team that they've got. After putting in a request for a callback to get things started, an incredibly friendly, professional and super helpful person named Sarah called me literally within 5 minutes and was just so kind and again incredibly helpful and informative which was appreciated since it was my first time using a storage unit on my own. Then when I needed to call back regarding payment, another super friendly, professional and helpful person named Amy was able to walk me through the final steps which was made so easy thanks to her. And finally, when I actually got to the facility to do the final paperwork and whatnot, a gentleman named Eric was yet again just such a friendly and easy to talk to person who not only helped above and beyond but was/is such a good guy that maintained professionalism while also being a genuine and kind human being which is what so many other companies seem to be lacking. So all in all, I can't recommend this place enough and really hope that anyone else using them gets to be helped by Sarah, Amy, and Eric as well since I can guarantee you an awesome experience with them. Keep up the amazing work you guys and thank you so much again!
