Wonderful experience! Maggie was absolutely amazing, very kind and very helpful! Outstanding Customer Care & Service. Always prompt to assist. Drew was also very kind! The staff all around are just simply wonderful at everything they do. The facility is very clean! I highly recommend this facility over others. I recently rented a storage unit for 5 weeks between moving between one home to another. I had a good experience overall. There was only one day I went into the office and there was a very long line up. It would have been good if there would have been more office staff available to deal with the customers. Other than that all good. No problems with the storage unit itself. I would recommend using Access Storage to anyone. Bonus which worked out fantastic for me was the offer to new customers like myself to have the first 4 weeks free.

The staff are most helpful!!! They really go out of their way showing me how to work lock , the hours, security!!!! I would absolutely recommend!! They are the best!! Lockers are clean and there is lots of room. My next storage place will be here!

This was our first time renting storage and Access Storage made the whole sign up process easy. The staff members were friendly and resourceful.
