Great experience with Michelle! She was incredibly friendly and made the process fun, quick and easy. Price also felt fair for indoor storage too. I recommend her to help you thru the process.
I knocked off 1 star specifically because there's an admin fee of $20 every month. Access is transparent about their fees which is appreciated, but I think is ridiculous to have an admin fee that's almost 10% of my monthly storage fee. This takes nothing away from the amazing customer service or the high quality of their storage space.

We had a recent experience with Fikadu Mengiste the site manager for Access Storage in 275 Gordon. The rental unit was perfect for what we needed and the service was very excellent. Everything went seamlessly and quick. Needed a unit right away due to a house fire and we were able to store things in it within the next hour. Very accessible and good rates. Would highly recommend it to a friend or stranger. 10/10 experience!
