I had to rent a unit for short term use and it was very easy to rent one last minute. The process was quick and convenient. I had a little hiccup getting my code to work but I was able to call the store and speak to a rep who got it working right away! Canceling on a specific day of the month was also quick and easy. I love that you don't need to be stuck in a month-to-month contract! I will definitely rent again from Access if I need a storage unit in the future.

Awet & Zeezee were great to deal with!
They listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find a good match for my needs. They patiently answered all my questions.
Awet showed me the storage space, and it was absolutely spotless. The entire facility is organized, super clean and well lit.
If you need a storage unit, these are the people, and company you want to deal with. Prices were more than fair, and the website is very user friendly.
Again, a super huge shoutout to Awet and Zeezee, for a great customer service experience. Know how much you two make a difference!! Job well done! 😊
