The experience was great and the store manager is awesome, he helped me out with the storage. I got charged the a little more amount than I expected, but the store manager said he will try his best to get my refund for that amount and he stand by his words and got a call from him regarding the refund. I definitely recommend that storage. Definitely recommend the store manager and impressed by dealing with a customer conflict.
Definitely 5 on 5 star service, will chose them again.

Nancy was helpful and upbeat, she went out of her way to make sure I got the unit I had in mind! I see her name pop up a lot and I’m glad to see she’s as awesome as people say!

Access Storage was so easy to deal with! We used them to store extra house items while we put our house up for sale. I was able to prepay for the full amount - no hidden fees or extra costs. I would definitely rent from them again if the need arose and highly recommend them for others.
