This was my first experience renting a storage unit here at the 1725 Inkster location here in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The assistant manager Nancy helped me and I found her to be very professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the building and showed me how to access building, elevators and how to access my new unit. Just top notch service!
Was also just in yesterday for a second visit at the office to take advantage of the referral incentive they offered me to rent an additional unit and the store manager Darlene was very polite, friendly, helpful and got the job done fast. She made the process stress-free, hassle-free with no issues and definitely made it worth my time. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and I was very happy with everything. So far on my last 2 visits, I’ve had a great customer service experience here! Thank you!

Access Storage has been a place of business for me for the past 2 years. The representatives for Louden, Hervo and Paramount as absolutely the best in what they do. They are very professional, friendly and make you feel valued as a customer. I recommend them to family/friends and I know they will receive the best service as well. I have had a terrific experience with Access storage in Winnipeg on Paramount Rd. The staff, especially Darlene, are extremely helpful. After several years , I have closed my account there but would definitely return should the need arise.

The staff at this location have gone the extra mile for me and my family over the last year. Darlene and Jenny have been able to assist us and our needs long distance as we live out of Province. They have been able to help us over the phone,online and by email. We look forward to stopping in the office to say hello when we are in town. They always greet with a smile. The Property is kept clean and secure. Location is great. Highly recommend if you require any storage needs.
