I had an amazing experience at Access Storage! I worked with Melanie, the store manager, and she was incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to walk me through several storage options and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs.
On top of that, she kindly gave us a free lock and even asked if we needed some water — such a thoughtful gesture! Melanie truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Overall, a solid 10/10, A+ service. I’m very satisfied and will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Exceptional service from start to finish! Veronica did a great job — she gave us a call back and helped schedule the appointment. When I arrived, Melanie was fantastic. She gave a thorough explanation of everything, showed me the unit, answered all my questions, and handled the paperwork quickly and professionally. Our experience here at Access Storage was awesome. The staff here are very friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating when I needed them to remove a air freshener due to allergies. Every interaction with every staff member has been pleasant and worry free. We will always recommend Access Storage On Pembina Hwy. Great location too. Thank you

Super fast and efficient! I was able to get everything set up and into a locker within the same day. Veronica/Victoria (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
