Moved into a new unit here today and was very impressed with the facility and the outstanding customer service from the manager Dahiana. Its been a long time since I've been to a business with such a friendly and helpful person at the front desk. After seeing the unit, I was able to fill out the rental paperwork in under ten minutes and was on my way. Highly recommend.

Went to take something out of my storage unit on Dec. 29th at about 7pm, and was denied entry at the front gate because my PIN was "no longer valid". I called today, Dec. 30th and no one answered. I left two messages and I have no access to my property. What's the name of your business again? What kinda storage? I'm about ready to empty my unit (if I ever get access to it again) and throw it all in the garbage, if it means not having to pay for this kind of service...not a Happy New Year to you

Clean tidy location, helpful staff. A business that offers good value for a product delivered as described. Phone system is a bit eccentric if you want to reach the actual people that do the work -no doubt the idea of some efficiency expert from HQ that knows nothing about running a business.
