Clean tidy location, helpful staff. A business that offers good value for a product delivered as described. Phone system is a bit eccentric if you want to reach the actual people that do the work -no doubt the idea of some efficiency expert from HQ that knows nothing about running a business.

Great staff!! Had a really good experience. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Was easy to access my things and felt like my things were safe. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and I was very happy with everything!

I originally rented a unit that was too small so I went in to the Lowson office just before closing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine who was very quick to accommodate me and reassure me she would get me a unit that better suits my needs. She had such a wonderful personality and even stayed late to ensure I left completely satisfied going over all the paperwork and details of the agreement. This is a great facility at a reasonable price. Thanks for your amazing help and I look forward to seeing you again, you made my day!!

I needed a small storage unit for some personal items I was bringing over from the United Kingdom and chose this location, as it is close to where I live. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were very helpful and thorough in explaining the rental process and my responsibilities as a renter. This was my first time renting a storage unit, but I ended up feeling like I had done this a dozen times with my eyes closed, because the staff were Awesome! Unfortunately, I had to give up my storage unit recently, as I am having some difficulties with getting my items through Customs and not sure when this issue will be resolved, but the staff at this location were very understanding and made the cancellation process incredibly easy and quick. Once my issues are resolved I will definitely use Access Storage - Winnipeg South West again.

The front line office staff were very friendly, communicated clearly and extra helpful. The storage was super clean and the access was seamless/convenient. The deal for very short term use was a huge problem solver for my move. Thank you so much! I would use them again anytime.
