Friendly and helpful staff, showed me a few units that were more suited to my needs. I ended up renting the bigger unit and I also got a fairly good price on my unit as I’m a returning customer. Good clean space and I love the drive up bay, one thing I didn’t particularly like was paying the extra $20 for 24 hour access. That was something new since I first rented a unit in 2018. Overall I would definitely be returning to Pockit Storage.

I appreciate that the storage facility is maintained in a clean and well-repaired condition. The staff is also very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I have not encountered a negative experience thus far. We have had to switch units depending on whether we are downgrading or upgrading, and they have made the process very easy and hassle-free. Additionally, there are no hidden fees. I also appreciate the variety of unit sizes they offer and the equipment available to facilitate the moving of items in and out of a unit. I highly recommend this storage facility. Overall, the service has been excellent, and I have no complaints to date. I have actually recommended this facility to a few friends and family members since acquiring my unit.

I stopped by to check out the storage units, and I was genuinely impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The facility looked tidy, organized, and free of dust or clutter. It’s clear that cleanliness and upkeep are a priority here. Based on what I saw, this seems like a reliable and hygienic place to store belongings. Looking forward to possibly using their services!

I’ve used their facilities for a few years now and am pleased with the quality of care and cleanliness of the facilities. The friendly staff are always there to answer questions you have. The cost is very reasonable for the size of storage locker you require. The fact that they have security cameras it is a well secured establishment. Also i like that all lockers are inside the building providing a safe and secure building. I’d recommend contacting pocket self storage for your needs
