I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and with the cleanliness of the building. I like the ease of offloading in the bays. I like that the staff showed me how to access my space. I learn best by example. An excellent experience. I am very happy that I was able to find your facility and conduct my business with you.

Friendly and helpful staff, showed me a few units that were more suited to my needs. I ended up renting the bigger unit and I also got a fairly good price on my unit as I’m a returning customer. Good clean space and I love the drive up bay, one thing I didn’t particularly like was paying the extra $20 for 24 hour access. That was something new since I first rented a unit in 2018. Overall I would definitely be returning to Pockit Storage.

I appreciate that the storage facility is maintained in a clean and well-repaired condition. The staff is also very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I have not encountered a negative experience thus far. We have had to switch units depending on whether we are downgrading or upgrading, and they have made the process very easy and hassle-free. Additionally, there are no hidden fees. I also appreciate the variety of unit sizes they offer and the equipment available to facilitate the moving of items in and out of a unit. I highly recommend this storage facility. Overall, the service has been excellent, and I have no complaints to date. I have actually recommended this facility to a few friends and family members since acquiring my unit.

I absolutely love my storage unit. It is clean, safe, easily accessible and very reasonably priced. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Worth every penny. If I ever need a storage unit Pockit storage is the only one I will use.
