The staff explained everything very well when I had questions about renting a unit. The facility is newer, very clean, and has great accessibility to load/unload any time of year in climate controlled garages. Prices are very well set as well in comparison to others. Very happy with everything so far and I have been recommending them to others.

We rented here for 4 years+, while the customer service was good. I didn’t particularly care for the rates and the yearly increases. I know it can be expected, but it did become a bit unaffordable compared to the rates from before. I did not like the policy either that the price match only applied to new move ins and upgraded unit. I found a few times when renting a better rate at a competitor facility, but was in a bind not to move to another facility as this location was most conviennent. When we first moved in the manager made it sound as if there would be a deal for long term rentals, but that didn’t occur and instead the rates just went up, didn’t matter how long was renting for, or that we were “long-term”. Our last unit was a step down from the premium, that we chose to downgrade to last year, but with the rental increase it was borderline reaching back to the premium we switched from the year before. Overall the facility though is clean, and managed well for temperature. However, some units have dead zones for lighting where the sensor won’t catch you, so our last unit we rented was always in the dark unless we walked all the way to the end of the one section and it didn’t stay on for longer than 5 minutes, so something to keep in mind.

10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
10'x20'	Large (200 square feet) The size of a standard one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, trucks, trailers, large furniture items, mid size vehicles, miscellaneous items.
