Run by great management team. I initially had issues which their staff wasn't responding the right way. It was escalated to the management team and their response is top notch. I was about to switch a provider but then decided to stay with them. If you consider any self storage need, this place is 24/7 access with climate control. Run by serious and great management team that want to run it like a long term business (not short term profit business). Highly recommended.

Sign up was simple, Essence made the whole process smooth and easy. Direct debit makes payment a breeze. Property is super clean and well lit. We think it will work out great for our organization, The Stars Golf Classic for STARS Air Ambulance Manitoba

New to the facility. When I first arrived the locker was quite dirty inside. Told the admin and it was instantly cleaned out. Very good customer service. Rates are very reasonable for a heated unit and security looks good. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a very clean , heated and sage facility for storage . I highly recommend this facility. The phone staff and o site staff ate friendly and very helpful . Prices are reasonable.

It was good. Communication about any changes is on point and when I needed assistance because I locked myself out of my account I got through really quickly
